Can anyone recommend a good Spanish/ English dictionary?

I want one that translates -


a) English phrasal verbs %26amp; idioms and


b) Spanish idioms %26amp; colloquial language ( not Latin American ).

but books and hard copy - sorry i don't have|||Their is one you can buy called the Rosetta Stone. It is a very good for learning new languages such as Spanish.
