Someone who can speak and write Spanish fluently please help me!?

I work at a Chinese restaurant and I am trying to translate this notice to spanish. There are a lot of Spanish cooks at our restaurant. I understand that I can just use babelfish translater or look up word for word on spanish dictionary but I want to be grammatically correct too.





Please help me translate this:





Attention Cook and Fryer





Avoid wasting too much food and keep the food fresh.





Every Mon through Thursday after 7:30 PM, everything cook to buffet table limit 1/2 pan.





Every Friday through Sunday after 9:00 PM fried rice and noodles are okay for 2/3 or flat full pan.|||Atenci贸n Cocinero(a) y Freidor(a):





Eviten desperdiciar mucha comida y mantengan la misma fresca.

Atenci贸n cocinero y freidora: (or you can just say Atenci贸n)


Eviten perder demasiados alimentos y mantengenlos frescos.


(Attention cook and fryer: Avoid wasting foods and keep them fresh.)





Todos los lunes por jueves despues de 7:30 de la noche, limiten a estar media llenas las cazuelas de bufet


(Every monday through thursday after 7:30 pm, limit the buffet table pans to half full)





Todos los viernes por domingo despues de 9:00 de la noche pueden llenar las cazuelas de arroz frito y de fideos al 2/3.


(Every friday through sunday after 9:00 pm you can fill the pans of fried rice and noodles to 2/3)





I can tweak this a bit if you can clarify what you mean by "Everything cook to buffet table limit 1/2 pan" and "okay for 2/3 or flat full pan"
