Is there a spanish translator app for the touch that doesnt require wifi?

or a spanish dictionary would work just as well|||The only one I know of is Ultralingua, who publishes translators between virtually any language, however, it is also ridiculously expensive...right now, the Spanish/English one is going for $19.99.
