You will be surprised to know that it isn't a dictionary at all but the Microsoft Word program translates for you. You can either type in whatever you need to translate then choose the language you wish to translate to, including the specific country's language you are using.
Be careful with any translators. One problem comes in when you use the 'to be' verbs and the 'to know' verbs. A computer generally can't distinguish between 'Soy feliz' and 'Estoy feliz', which have different meanings in Spanish. I checked this out on the translation2 website and it gave the wrong answer. It may be able to give definitions, but watch out for the sentence translations.
