Where can I get a good English - Spanish Online Dictionary. I can't buy one in this country.?

I just started this class.. Um what does 驴C贸me te llamas? translate into exactly? I tried using online dictionaries like InterTran which didn't translate the accent mark and translated llamas to flame. I also tried the Apple SYSTRAN which wouldn't translate C贸me either to English. My teacher said that it just meant What's your name or What do you call yourself. Something like that. The point is I need a translator that translates every word. I can't get a pocket English - Spanish dictionary in this country.. I have to order it so I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out.Where can I get a good English - Spanish Online Dictionary. I can't buy one in this country.?
C贸me you are called? this is the translation. I use alta vista babel fish for all of my translations. They are pretty good.
