On yahoo spanish english dictionary how do I make accents show?

I'm using mozilla firefox. The accents used to show, but it doesn't anymore. How do I see the accents on the yahoo spanish english dictionary? They show up in black diamonds with a question mark in it.On yahoo spanish english dictionary how do I make accents show?
I have the same prob using IE, it is because of encoding. In the past the website set the encoding to Western but they have messed it up somehow and now it doesn't set properly. You can manually set it for each individual page but this is tedious.

I have written Yahoo and the dictionary people to no avail.
